We operate through curation, not prospecting. We carry a deliberately limited number of relationships, in a private format, with the responsibility that structures of this nature require.

We are not a bank, asset manager, broker or distributor. Our role is strategic and structuring — to design and coordinate, not to sell products.
Discretion
Every relationship is conducted under a confidentiality protocol. The reputation of those who approach us is as protected as the wealth we structure.

Founding partner
Eduardo Lisboa
An entrepreneur with over a decade dedicated to building, growing and structuring companies in Brazil, Eduardo Lisboa founded Lisboa Capital to bring together, under a single house, the experience accumulated in business development, corporate governance and wealth structuring.
His path combines operational experience as partner and board member in companies across different sectors, work in M&A and exit processes, and the design of corporate and international structures for entrepreneurs in a wealth consolidation phase.
At the helm of Lisboa Capital, Eduardo personally conducts the strategic diagnosis of every relationship served, articulating the technical and international ecosystem needed for each structure to be designed with the precision the client's wealth demands.

A full mapping of the wealth, the current corporate structure, legal and operational exposures and the client's continuity objectives. Conducted in private sessions.

Wealth Architecture
Design of the structure suited to the profile — including domestic vehicles, holdings, international organisation and definition of the appropriate jurisdiction for each component.

Coordinated Implementation
Documentary, legal and operational articulation, conducted in partnership with regulated firms and institutions in the applicable jurisdictions, with full traceability.

Governance and Continuity
Ongoing oversight of the structure, periodic review, succession criteria and continuous adaptation to wealth, family and regulatory changes.
